Padonan Two-Bedroom Retreat

A three-level villa in the heart of Padonan, one of Canggu's fastest-growing residential pockets. 182.5 m² of build on a 107 m² plot, done in a clean contemporary style: two loft-style bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, built-in wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling windows over the private pool and greenery below.

The ground floor runs living, dining and a fully equipped modern kitchen as one open plan, with large sliding doors straight onto the pool. Above it all sits a rooftop terrace built for evenings: covered dining under the pergola and a freestanding bathtub under the sky. Air conditioning in every room, CCTV, fast wifi, and parking for a car and a bike.

The lease runs 25 years with a 15-year extension, fully furnished and ready to use. From the door it is minutes to Berawa, Batu Bolong and Canggu Beach, with the LUXO listing quoting a yearly rental of USD 16,000 for the same spec.
