1. Who we are

Paradise Properties Bali and villasinbali.id are operated by PT Pellago ("we", "us" or "our"). We are a boutique real estate agency that presents selected villas, lofts and apartments in Bali and puts buyers in touch with the people selling them.

This policy explains how we handle personal information we collect through this website, our Facebook and Instagram pages and advertising, including Meta lead forms, WhatsApp, email and phone calls (together, the "Service"). PT Pellago is the controller of that information.

2. Personal information we collect

Information you give us. When you enquire about a property, fill in a lead form or message us, we collect:

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Enquiry details: the property or unit you are interested in, your timing, budget and any answers you give to questions on our forms.
• Communications: the messages, emails and call notes we exchange with you, including any documents you send us.

Information from advertising platforms. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the details you entered, together with the ad and campaign the form came from. Meta may pre-fill some fields from your profile; you can edit them before you send.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit the website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure.

3. How we use your personal information

We use your personal information to:

• answer your enquiry, call or message you and send the information you asked for, such as prices, floor plans, payment plans and lease documents;
• arrange viewings, calls and meetings, and support you through a purchase if you go ahead;
• keep a record of our conversations so that anyone on our team can pick up where the last person left off;
• tell you about other properties that match what you are looking for, unless you ask us to stop;
• measure which of our ads and pages work, so we can improve them;
• comply with our legal obligations, prevent fraud and protect our rights.

We process your information because you asked us to contact you, because you have given your consent, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our agency, or because the law requires it.

4. How we share your personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• The developer or owner of the property you ask about, where this is needed to answer your enquiry, arrange a viewing or prepare a reservation or contract.
• Service providers that help us run the agency, such as website hosting, our customer relationship management system, email, WhatsApp and other messaging tools. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, to run our ads and measure their results.
• Professional advisers and authorities, such as notaries, lawyers and accountants involved in a transaction, or government authorities where the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor of our business, if all or part of our business is sold or reorganised.

5. International transfers

We are based in Indonesia and some of our service providers operate in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Your personal information may therefore be stored or processed outside the country where you live. Where we transfer it, we take steps to make sure it stays protected as described in this policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: while we are helping you with an enquiry or purchase, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements or to deal with any claim. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, and in line with applicable data protection laws including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information, or stop or limit how we use it;
• withdraw a consent you gave us, without affecting what we did before;
• stop sending you marketing messages at any time.

To make a request, email hello@villasinbali.id. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country if you are unhappy with how we handled your information.

8. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal information, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Other websites

Our pages may link to websites and services run by others, such as developers' own sites or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for how they handle personal information, so please read their privacy policies.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
